Draughts or Checkers: Retro Game

A retro inspired boxed game of draughts or checkers.  The board is made from heavy card and the draughts/checkers are wooden.

The game of draughts or checkers is old - indeed it seems that similar games have been played for thousands of years.  This version is based on a lovely game set from the 1800s.  The design is hand drawn and shows that it can be played by children as well as adults.  Enjoy playing this traditional game, beautifully illustrated as can be seen by the box.
