Can I return my purchase and get a refund?
Yes, definitely. To get a refund, simply notify us within 14 days from receiving your order and you can expect a full refund, less shipping costs. Goods must be in an unused, unwashed condition in original packaging and ReVamp Vintage reserves the right to refuse a refund if, in it's sole discretion, it believes the goods do not meet these criteria.
We ask that you choose carefully and check sizing before ordering.
With the exception of faulty goods we cannot refund postage and packaging. We are unable to replace or refund items damaged through improper laundering, so please follow our washing instructions carefully.
If the item is faulty and you notify us within 14 days of delivery, we will give a full refund. All returns must be approved to receive a refund. Please note that as many of our clothing items are one-off pieces we will be unable to offer replacements of faulty items.
We attempt to reproduce our colours as true to life as possible, but due to the nature of the fabrics and the screen display process, sometimes garment colours may vary slightly from their images.

Yes. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from ReVamp Vintage. To get a refund, simply notify us and return the product, within 14 days from receiving your order and you can expect a full refund, less shipping costs.
Please be aware that whilst we endeavour to provide an accurate description of antiques with regard to their condition, many of the goods are second-hand and it is inevitable they are rarely perfect. Significant faults may be detailed, however, minor imperfection such as small scratches and dents may not. ReVamp Vintage will not be obliged to provide a refund for such imperfections in secondhand goods.
ReVamp Vintage Ltd will always provide product returns and offer a refund or repair where the product:
- Is faulty or not to our high quality standards through no fault of the customer or
- Is not fit for its intended purpose or
- Does not match the description (provided, however, that a variation in colour, as described above, will not be grounds for a refund).
We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of the returned goods prior to offering a refund or repair.
What happens if my product does not arrive, or arrives but is damaged?
If your product does not arrive in the estimated delivery time, let us know. We will get the courier company to look into it immediately and find out when it will be delivered. We will keep in touch with you with all the information we have.
Once the parcel is handed to the courier company it is out of our control.
We use the couriers that we think provide the most reliable service and generally they are efficient and on-time. However should this not be the case, we will get it sorted for you.
If your item is damaged, when you receive it, please notify us immediately and we will arrange for the courier to the collect the item and provide a refund for your purchase, less shipping.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by ReVamp Vintage Ltd. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, we have the right to repair, replace or refund you for the product.
Fair Trading Act 1986
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars, include Goods and Services Tax (G.S.T.) and are exclusive of postal charges.
